With roots in conventional multi-family dating back to the mid 1990s, the partners started with select student-competitive assets under their control. It was this education of the property type coupled with the advent of purpose-built student housing starting to take hold that allowed them to segue exclusively into student housing by the turn of the century.

TEXLA Housing Partners (THP) was launched in 2009 with the purpose of acquiring, repositioning, and managing student properties.

THP is boutique in nature allowing key principals to remain involved in every facet of the business insuring success of the respective project.

THP has the full complement of oversight from corporate personnel, site level staff and accounting.

THP’s reporting process includes the full compliment of reports including but not limited to Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, AP, AR, and Trial Balance coupled with property-level reports including Rent Roll, Transaction Detail, Income Summary, Concession Schedule, Prepaid & Delinquent among others.

THP has partnered and contracted with all facets of ownership from large institutional such as Crow Holdings and Harrision Street Real Estate Capital to individual investors / lenders including Freddie, Fannie and HUD and their respective reporting requirements.
