Timber ridge

Timber Ridge is located at 3619 Texas Avenue, in Lake Charles, Louisiana. It has 208 units, in 16 2-story buildings, and was built in 1976. There are a total of 208 units.  Involvement: Acquisition, Management, Disposition

Willow Bend

Willow Bend is located at 1515 W. McNeese Street, in Lake Charles, Louisiana. It has 110 units, in 8 2-story buildings, and was built in 1975. There are a total of 110 units.  Involvement: Acquisition, Management, Disposition.

Trace

Trace is located at 211 Louie Street, in Lake Charles, Louisiana. It has 80 units, in 10 2-story buildings, and was built in 1972. There are a total of 80 units.   Involvement: Acquisition, Management, Disposition.

Shadowood

Shadowood is located at 1045 Walters Street, in Lake Charles, Louisiana. It has 180 units, in 15, 2-story buildings. Involvement: Acquisition, Management, Disposition.

Le Chateau

Le Chateau is located at 4404 Canal Street, in Lake Charles, Louisiana. It has 200 units, in 17 2-story buildings, and was built in 1972. Involvement: Acquisition, Management, Disposition.

Pinhook South

Pinhook South is located at 200 Merchants Boulevard in Lafayette, Louisiana. It has 240 units, in 15 2-story buildings, and was built in two phases in 1974 and 1981. Involvement: Acquisition, Management, Disposition.

Suffolk Manor

Suffolk Manor is located at 2960 Lake Street in Lake Charles, Louisiana. It has 220 units and was built in phases from 1966 to 1969. Involvement: Acquisition, Management, Disposition.

Mon Chateau

Mon Chateau is located at 2820 Louisiana Avenue, in Lafayette, Louisiana. It has 80 units, in 6 2-story buildings, and was built in 1972.  Involvement: Acquisition, Management, Disposition.

Promenade is located at 1855 Boulevard De Province in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. It has 219 units and was built in 1970.  Involvement: Acquisition, Management, Disposition.

Sharlo

Sharlo is a student housing asset located at 2000 Brightside in Baton Rouge, Louisiana near the campus of Louisiana State University. It contains 200 units and was built in the 1980’s. The Total Acquisition price $7.2M. Involvement: Acquisition, Asset Management.

Copper Ridge

Copper Ridge is located at 2080 North Lobdell in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. It has 313 units and was built in 1976. Total acquisition price $8.2M. Involvement: Acquisition, Asset Management.

Asbury Square is located 8325 E 25th Place, Tulsa, Oklahoma. It has 256 units in 2 story buildings and was built in the 1970’s. Total Acquisition price $6.1M. Involvement: Acquisition

University Courtyard is a student housing asset located at 200 Theater Drive in Lafayette, Louisiana near the campus of University of Louisiana at Lafayette. It has 144 units/528 beds, in 3-story buildings, and was built in 2000. Involvement: Management

Village on the Bayou

Village on the Bayou is large student housing development  located on the campus of ULM in Monroe, Louisiana. It has 1,038 beds, in a mix of 2 and 3 story buildings, and was built in phases starting in 2004.. Total Development Cost $70M.  Involvement: Lead developer through RFP process

Carbondale, IL

A 16 acre student housing development site was secured near the campus of Southern Illinois University. It is programmed for 644 beds and is to be developed. Total Development build-out estimated at $32M. Involvement: lead site acquisition.

University Place Phase II

Bayou Village is student housing development  located on the campus of Northwestern State University, Natchitoches, Louisiana. It has 386 beds and was built in 2008. Total Development cost 17.5M.  Involvement: Lead Developer

The Edge at Temple

The Edge is student housing asset located at 1601 North Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennyslvania hear the campus of Temple University.  It has 1,207 beds, in a 16 story building and was built in 2006. Total Acquisition price $90.5M. Involvement: Acquisition

Seminole Oaks

Seminole Oaks is a student housing asset located at 700 N. Woodward in Tallahassee, Florida near Florida State University. It has 577 beds and was built in phases starting in the 1970s. Total acquisition price $15.75M. Involvement: Acquisition, Reposition

Colony Club and High Point

Colony Club and High Point Apartments are student housing assets located at 446 Conradi Street, Tallahassee, Florida near the campus of Florida State University. It has 416 beds and was built in the 1970’s. Total Acquisition price $19.15M. Involvement: Acquisition

Towne Court, Park Place

Towne Court/Park Place are student housing assets located at 91 Thorn Lane in Newark, Delaware near the University of Delaware. It has 724 units and was built in phases in the 1970’s. Total acquisition price $56M. Status: Acquisition, Management, Reposition

Illini Tower is a student housing asset located at 409 E. Chalmers, Champaign, IL near the campus of University of Illinois.  It has 727 beds in a 16-story hi-rise.. Total acquisition price $61.8M. Status: Owned by CLV Fund

Cottages at Texas Tech

Cottages at Texas Tech is student housing asset located near the campus of Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. It has 817 beds and is currently under construction. Total acquisition price $52M. Status: Owned by CLV Fund

University Trails (fka Boardwalk at Appleyard Apartments) is a student housing asset located at near the campus of Florida State University. The project contains 234 units/936 beds and was acquired for $27M. Involvement: Acquisition, Ownership, Operation; Status: Owned/Managed; Renovations: Interior/Exterior – $2M

University Trails Lexington

University Trails is a student housing asset located at 845 Red Mile Road, Lexington, KY near the campus of University of Kentucky. The project contains 182 units/676 beds and was acquired for $20.25M.; Renovations: Interior/Exterior – $3.5M

University Trails Oxford

University Trails – Oxford. Purchased in 2010, the property is located at 900 Whirlpool Drive, Oxford, MS near the campus of Ole Miss. The project contains 156 units and 492 beds in a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom unit types. The project was acquired for approximately $6.7M. Renovations – Interior/Exterior – $1.2M – Results – 32% IRR.

Element

Sacramento located near the campus of California State University – Sacrament was purchased in December 2015 through its VerTex Student Housing Partners JV with Harrison Street Real Estate Capital. Built in 2004 the property contains 288 units and 792 beds in a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom unit types. Over the hold period, Texla’s management arm, VerTex Student Housing Management, championed interior capital improvements which ultimately lead to returns to the partnership of approximately 56%.
