- Previously held positions as leasing agent, asst. manager and property manager of multi-family and student-housing assets.

GERALD MARK WOODARD

Mark has been involved in all facets of real estate development for approximately 24 years. After graduating from college, Mark co-founded Emerald Companies. The company specialized in the development and acquisition of multi-family housing. Emerald Management Group was a real estate management company that provided property management, financial and accounting, and asset management services for the properties under its ownership.
Mark was involved in the acquisition of all apartment properties at Emerald. He also was involved in all aspects of financing, including varied HUD programs, Home Fund, and conventional financing programs. Some of Mark's career highlights include:
