  • Roger Phillips
    Roger Phillips Principal - CEO

    Roger has over 20 years of experience in the acquisition, development and management of multi-family properties throughout the U.S. Career highlights include:

    – Acquired, Developed and disposed of approximately $500 million in conventional and student housing real estate throughout the U.S.

    – Closed taxable and tax-exempt bond transactions, and conventional financing including Fannie Mae, HUD and Life Companies.

    – Acquired and subsequently disposed of approximately 2,000 multi-family units in Louisiana, Texas and Oklahoma valued at over $50 million.

    – Worked for national student-housing firms including JPI and American Campus Communities and CLV(former Century Development)

    Roger holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University at Shreveport.

  • Sandy Phillips
    Sandy Phillips Principal - COO

    Sandy has over 20 years of multi-family and student housing property management experience. She has held positions with national student housing firms including Ambling Companies and Campus Living Villages. Career highlights include

    – Currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of 7 student housing assets totaling over $175M and an employee base exceeding 70.

    – Spearheaded operational repositioning of 6 projects with values in excess of $200 million.

    – Championed capital improvement programs on multiple $1M+ renovation multi-family and student housing assets.

    Sandy attended Louisiana State University and received a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Orleans. She is CAM Certified.

  • Bill Rose
    Bill Rose Director of Acquisitions

    Bill has 15 years of multi-family and student housing experience. He started his career with JPI Partners and held various roles in asset management, development and acquisitions. He also worked in the Dallas CBRE office and assisted clients with financing and dispositions. He has also held positions with AIMCO, SCI Investments and Bank of America. Career highlights include:

    – Involved in the acquisition of 10,000 beds at $350mm cost and 3,000 conventional multifamily units in Texas at $350mm cost (both value-add and core asset classes).

    – Analysis of over $100 billion in asset value during career.

    – Experience includes all aspects of the real estate cycle including market research, underwriting, asset and portfolio management, and dispositions. During the course of his career he has successfully executed repositioning and value enhancement property-level business plans.

    Bill received a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and an MBA in Finance from the University of North Texas.
